- Products that are in stock are shipped within 48hrs of receiving your payment. Products that are out of stock are laser cut if applicable within 5 working days and shipped within 24 hrs of being cut. Delivery times are dependent upon the shipping option selected and are the responsibility of the chosen transport supplier.

- The contact details you supply when making a purchase are stored securely in our database and are sent encrypted via a 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. Your credit card details are not stored when making a purchase and are sent securely via the SSL certificate to our merchant gateway. The information stored is accessible to you by logging into the site when an account has been created during the checkout process or by emailing your request to info@lawslaser.com.

- Where a product is defective or has a manufacturing fault we will re-supply the defective product.
